"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I ordered a shirt from excisionmerch.com and somehow picked the wrong size. Totally my fault. So I needed to swap it out.

the exchange was way easier than I expected. I emailed them, got a response quick, and they just told me what to send back. No weird steps. No waiting forever.

The new size showed up and it fits well. I was a little nervous since merch sites can be hit or miss, but this was smooth. Would order from them again

I’ve only worn it for a day, so I can’t say much about how it holds up long term, but the fabric feels really soft and it was comfortable the whole time. No complaints from me so far...

"Sizing has been consistent for me"
I’ve ordered a few shirts and a hoodie from excisionmerch.com, and so far the sizing has been consistent. Nothing has felt super slim or oddly oversized, which I appreciate. The hoodie was maybe a little bigger than the shirts, but still totally wearable. I’m giving it 4 stars mostly because shipping took longer than I expected. Has anyone else had that issue with shipping?

"Print still looks good, even if I’m a little picky"
I grabbed a hoodie from excisionmerch.com the print has held up well after a bunch of washes. There’s a tiny bit of fading on one corner, which kind of bugs me, but also not really because it’s barely noticeable. I’m usually hard on hoodies, but this one still looks clean and I end up wearing it all the time.

I wasn’t expecting too much for what I paid, but this hoodie has held up better than I thought. I’ve washed it a few times now and the print still hasn’t cracked, plus the fabric doesn’t feel thin or cheap. For the price, I’m happy with it.

"Almost suspiciously good order updates"
I’ve gotta say, they were weirdly good about keeping me updated after I placed my order. Like, maybe too good? I got the tracking info, a couple of status emails, and never had to sit there wondering if my package had vanished into some warehouse black hole.

The package showed up totally fine, and the emails definitely made the wait less annoying. Nothing wild happened, which makes me more suspicious, but in a good way. Solid communication, no issues, and yeah, I’d probably order again.

It showed up packed nicely and nothing was damaged, so that was good. The box did have a dent in it though, which made me wonder a bit about how well it would hold up during shipping.

I wasn’t really expecting everything to be available, but most of what I wanted was in stock when I checked. The sizes were there too, which doesn’t always happen with merch sites. I didn’t have to keep refreshing or sign up for some restock email, so that was nice. Straightforward overall, nothing amazing, but it worked fine for me.

"I do like the designs on Excision..."
I do like the designs on Excision Merch, and the shirt I ordered is decent enough. It feels okay overall, not super premium but not cheap and flimsy either. That said, for the price, I expected the print to feel a little nicer.
Shipping was fine and straightforward, but this is where it got annoying for me: once I had the shirt in hand, the value just didn’t really match what I paid. It’s not bad if you really want the merch, but I’d probably only buy again if there was a sale...

I ordered from excisionmerch.com and my merch did eventually show up, so I can’t really complain too much there. The stuff was fine, but the tracking was annoying because the updates was not happening for a few days, and I started wondering if the package was even moving at all.
Customer service wasn’t awful or anything, but it did take a little while before I got a clear answer. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of uneven. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely expect the tracking to be a little weird

I ordered a hoodie from Excision Merch, and in my opinion it turned out solid. The print looks good, and the fit was about what I expected. Shipping did take a bit longer than I personally hoped, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I’d probably order again if I came across another design I really liked.

Had an issue with my order my quick rule is if I don’t hear back fast, I assume it’s going to be a hassle. It did take a bit for them to respond, but they eventually sorted everything out. Not a perfect experience, but it ended fine, so I’m okay with it

I’m happy with this shirt overall. The material feels solid, and the print still looks good after a couple of washes. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping for, but the quality made up for it, so I’d still say it was worth it.

"New drops are usually right on time"
I mostly check in for the new drops, and they’re usually up right when they’re supposed to be, which is nice. Some sizes definitely disappear fast, but overall it’s been a solid experience and kind of fun to keep an eye on.

So... the package arrived crushed, and when I opened it, the shirt actually had stains on it. I was really hoping it would be fine, but yeah, not a great experience. Definitely disappointed.
